Calcedonio Calcara, MD
was born of a family of Sicilian farmers producers from generations of Sicilian olive oils.
He have studied medicine and specialized in gastroenterology. He practice digestive endoscopy at Angera Hospital by the city of Milan Italy.

Calcedonio is a passionate researcher on diet-health relations and a great believer in the Mediterranean diet which he prescribes to his patients to follow “respectfully”.
