My passion for dining full of knowledge friends savoring with me genuine food and recipes rich of history drove me to found a number of clubs.
First of all the Olive Oil Club, than the Wine and the Cheese one. Later I have found La Compagnia di Bacco, The President's Table and I Cavalieri del Porcon d'Oro (The Cavaliers of the Great Golden Pig).
Basically it is because of my love for history and for the great Italian traditions: Food as Culture!
