Spris
This signature
cocktail from Cafe Milano fuses the tangy flavor of blood oranges with the
smoothness of orange-flavored vodka and liqueur.
To make the Spris:
Fill a fluted champagne glass 1⁄2 full of Prosecco. Fill the rest of the glass
with soda water, leaving 1⁄4-inch head space. Add a splash of Campari for color
and garnish with a twist of lemon. Serve immediately. Yields 1
