Paolo’s Lectures reflects his very simple and clear convictions: cooking is the great art where man transforms nature’s ingredients with fire and ingenuity according to the situation, the fashion and the place where he lives!

“Since we were children, we were nourished according to certain traditions to accompany us for our whole life.” Certainly, the food that nourished Paolo Villoresi, at the Villa Villoresi, in Florence, Italy was very different from the one of the Czar or Sitting Bull. Paolo is indeed the son of his Tuscany and of his Florence.

“Man is a spiritual being living a physical experience” Paolo’s lectures are about food and culture. Today as well as 8000 years ago: traditions, fashions, artists, philosophers and cuisine - culinary passions, stories, and successes.
