My Blog is the table around which I meet with my readers to talk about Italian cuisine and Culture.

It is in the most exquisite Italian tradition, to sit around a dining table to eat together and discuss any subject, even the important ones. My Blog is “the round table” where everyone has the right to say what they think, these are times of great change and tackle problems together is of great utility. If you think about it even a simple recipe touch: practical, economic, health, food and the limit, even spiritual matters.

I plan to sit at this table of ours our at least once a week to talk with you about what you wrote. Then, with time, we will know each other better and we will develop new and more exiting idea! If you write to me, you will write to all the other players, then write to us!

My Blog e' la tavola intorno alla quale mi incontro con i miei lettori per parlare di Cucina e Cultura Italiana.

E` nella piu' squisita tradizione italiana, l'abitudine di trovarci intorno ad un tavolo da pranzo per mangiare insieme e discutere di qualsiasi argomento, anche quelli importanti. My Blog e' questa tavola rotonda dove tutti hanno il diritto di dire quello che pensano; questi sono tempi di grandi cambiamenti e affrontare i problemi insieme e` di grande utilita`. Se ci pensate bene anche una semplice ricetta investe la sfere: pratica, economica, della salute, della cucina e al limite, anche quella spirituale.

Prevedo di sedermi a questa nostra tavola almeno una volta la settimana per parlare con tutti voi di quello che mi avete scritto. Poi, col tempo, ci conosceremo meglio e ci verrano delle idee per fare anche altre cose piu' eccitanti! Se scrivete a me, scrivete anche a tutti gli altri lettori; allora scriveteci!
