Strawberry Pies


1 pound frozen puff pastry, thawed
4 tablespoons strawberry jam, divided
1⁄2 pint strawberries, hulled, divided
Blaze Strawberry Balsamic glaze
vanilla ice cream


Cut the puff pastry into 10 disks, about 3 inches wide. Spoon some of the strawberry jam onto each puff pastry disk. Arrange a few strawberries on top of the jam and close the strawberries inside the puff pastry. Transfer to the refrigerator to chill for 15 minutes. Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 400º. Remove the pies from the refrigerator and arrange them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Transfer them to the oven to bake for 12 minutes, or until golden.
