Cranberry Ice Cream


7 ounces fresh or frozen cranberries
4 tablespoons raw cane sugar
juice of 1⁄2 lemon
1 cup plain whole yogurt

Carefully rinse and dry the cranberries. Transfer to a bowl and drizzle with the lemon juice and sprinkle with the sugar. Add the yogurt to the bowl and mix well to combine. Transfer the mixture to an ice cream maker and follow the machine's instructions.
Makes about 2 cups
