Carpaccio of Avocado

1 avocado
juice of 1 lemon
salt and freshly ground pepper
4 ounces bresaola
2 slices of grapefruit

Roll half of the bresaola into a cigar shape and thinly slice widthwise into small rounds. Repeat with the remaining bresaola
