Vol-Au-Vents with Grapes
Vol-Au-Vent d’Uva Rossa

24 puff pastry vol-au-vents, thawed
1/2 pound Grana Padano, grated
1 pound seedless red grapes
24 walnut halves, coarsely chopped
salt and freshly ground black pepper



Preheat the oven to 450°. Place the vol-au-vents on two 11x17 baking sheets. Bake until golden, about 15 minutes. Remove the vol-au-vents from the oven, cut off the tops and fill with the remaining ingredients. Place the tops over the filling. Return to the oven to bake for 10 minutes. Serve hot.
