Apricot-Strawberry Crostata


1 recipe basic pasta frolla
1⁄2 cup apricot jam
1⁄2 cup strawberry jam
pears

Prepare the crust according to the basic pasta frolla recipe. Preheat oven to 375°. Mix together the 2 jams and spread in a thin even layer over the pastry crust. Transfer to the oven to bake for 35 to 45 minutes. Serve with fresh pears.
Serves 6 to 8
