workshops and courses according to the requests of importers and
manufacturers, but those he offered on a regular basis during the last 18
years are: Olive Oil, Pasta, Cheese, Wine, Prosciutto, Parmigiano and
Grana Padano, and Grappa.

The first goal of each workshop is to highlight the culture, history and
geography of the places we are talking about as well as the culinary,
health and nutritional aspects and the Traditions and the Touristic
assets of the area.

team in Italy and the US.
